These terms govern the use of this website and the provision of services by Estética Lucy Castillo in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

- This site is operated by Luz Nancy Tapia Castillo, Colombian ID 1143414924, trading as Estética Lucy Castillo, based at Calle 35 (Avenida Venezuela) # 8B-05, Piso 3J, Centro Histórico, Cartagena de Indias.
2. Information about services
- The service descriptions on this site are informative. They are not a medical diagnosis and not a promise of results.
- Prices are not published on the site: they are given individually over WhatsApp or at the in-person assessment, because they depend on the area treated, the condition of the skin and the number of sessions required.
- Current offers have a start and end date and cannot be combined with one another unless stated otherwise.
3. Appointments, assessment and cancellations
- Appointments are booked through WhatsApp, Instagram or the contact form.
- Some procedures require a prior assessment. Post-surgery treatments require written clearance from your treating surgeon.
- If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.
- Session packages are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed.
4. Contraindications and liability
- Before each session you must disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, illnesses, allergies, medication, pacemakers, metal implants, recent surgery and any other relevant condition.
- We reserve the right not to perform a procedure where a contraindication exists or where the information provided is insufficient.
- Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency and lifestyle. We do not guarantee results identical to anyone else's.
5. Intellectual property
- The texts, photographs, logo and design of this site are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Before-and-after photographs are published only with the consent of the people who appear in them.
6. Governing law
- These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cartagena de Indias.
